HOW TO USE...

To launch a DialCall:

1. Dial 1 877 233-3324 from any phone that can access North American numbers
2. Enter your security PIN
3. Dial the number you wish to be connected to
4. Stay on the line and you will be connected

To launch a webCall from the website:

1. Log in with your username and password.
2. Click "Call Now".
3. In "From" put your number, including the country and area code, or select a name you have previously entered in that directory.
4. In "To" put the number you wish to call, including country and area code, or select a name you have previously entered in that directory.
5. "Bill Code" is optional, enter a code to sort your billing details.
6. "Delay" (optional) lets you delay the start of the call. Useful if you share one line between Internet connection and telephone.
7. Click "Dial Now". Your phone will ring, pick up and wait as you are connected.


To launch a webConferenceCall

1. Log in to the website with your username and password.
2. Click ConferenceCall.
3. Click "Now" to dial immediately, click "Schedule" to start at a later time.
4. Call NOW -
a. Enter your phone number including country and area code in "From", or select a name you have previously entered in that directory.
b. Enter the number of your first participant in "To", or select a name you have previously entered in that directory.
c. Click "Add". Repeat for additional parties.
d. As you continue to add participants, your phone will ring and your connections will begin. Continue to add participants as the call goes on.
5. Scheduled Call -
a. Enter date and time for the call up to ten days in the future.
b. Enter your phone number including country and area code in "From", or select a name you have previously entered in that directory.
c. Enter the number of your first participant in "To", or select a name you have previously entered in that directory.
d. Click "Add".
e. Repeat for additional participants.
f. Click "Email" if you want an email sent to the participants.
g. The conference will start at the scheduled time.


To connect or re-connect into a scheduled webConference using your browser

1. Login with name and password.
2. Click "Conference Call".
3. Click "Join Conference".
4. Enter the Conference ID.
5. You will be called at the number selected by the Conference organizer.


To connect or re-connect to a webConference by Dial-in

1. If you can access a US Toll free number you may directly dial into a conference.
2. Call 1-866-575-2220 and follow the instructions. You will need to enter the conference ID that the organizer gave you.


CallMe
1. Log in to the website with your username and password.
2. Click CallMe Setup.
3. Enter phone number where you want the CallMe button to call you.
4. Enter your name, so the person receiving the button knows who they are calling.
5. Enter the email address of the person who is to receive the CallMe button.
6. You may enter a brief message to go along with the CallMe button.
7. Click "Submit" to send.

SMS Setup
1. Log in to the website with your username and password.
2. Click SMS Setup.
3. Enter the phone number for the mobile device you will use to send text messages.
4. Select your origination number from your existing directory. If you do not select a number, the default will be the mobile number entered in the previous step.
5. Setup your Bill Code (optional) for calls initiated on your mobile device.
6. Click "Set Up" (first time) or "Update". An email will be sent to the email address on file with your account confirming this information and PIN number to be used to make calls, if required.

EmailCall

1. Your email account must be registered in advance (see the EmailCall Setup link)
2. Start a new email message addressed to: e@call-secure.com.
3. The subject must be: "tel" or "t"
4. The body of the message is the command line to launch the call made of 4 parts separated by spaces.

. The line must begin with "!" followed by a space,
. Next, the word "dial" or "d", followed by a space
. Next the FROM number as listed in your directory (example directory listing is "office"), then a space and
. Next, either the directory listing for the TO number or the destination phone number with country code (ie. 16165551212).

EmailCall Setup
1. Log in to the website with your username and password.
2. Click "EmailCall Setup".
3. Enter the email address to use to launch calls. Click "Add".
4. To change an email address you have already registered, select the address from the list, make the necessary changes, and click "Update".
5. To delete an email address you have already registered, select the address from the list, and click "Delete".

 

DesktopCall

1. The DesktopCall application must be installed in your PC. If not see Downloading DesktopCall below.
2. Click Log-in and enter your username and password.
3. Enter your own number in the appropriate field, including the country and area code.
4. In "To" enter the number you wish to call, including the country and area code, or select by name from the directory.
5. "Bill Code" is optional and is used to sort your billing details.
6. Click "Dial". Your phone will ring, pick up and wait while you are connected.

Downloading DesktopCall

1. To download the DesktopCall application, click "DesktopCall" from the products menu.
2. Click the link that "Download DesktopCall software (free!) DesktopCall Version 3.13".
3. When prompted, save the file to a location on your computer, such as My Documents, where you can easily find the installation file.
4. On your computer, open the folder where you saved the file and double click on deskcall313.exe to begin the installation.
5. Follow the instructions on the installation wizard to complete the process.
6. If you have dialing directories on BestnetCall.com, you may now sync them to your DesktopCall application.

 

ClicktoPhone

1. ClicktoPhone enables associates, customers or friends to call you from anywhere
2. Login using your BestNet user name and password at www.clicktophone.com
3. Add the phone number you wish to be called at
4. Specify what your personal Web Link name will be
5. You can then email buttons or copy and paste buttons wherever you wish for people to call you
6. You can give associates and friends your personal WebLink for them to call you
7. You can check your billing at any time
8. You can block specific callers
