I. Getting started with SMS Call:

1) Log into www.bestnetcall.com with your current user name and password.

2) Click SMS Call Setup on the gray menu bar (left side of screen).

3) Enter the mobile phone number from which you will send your text messages e.g. 14165551234.

4) Enter the FROM number for your mobile calls. This defaults to the mobile number specified for sending your text messages. Any FROM directory number can be selected.

5) Select the billing code for your calls. This will default to no billing code

6) Choose if you wish to be asked to enter a PIN number when requesting a call using SMS Call. This is an extra security measure. Uncheck the box if you do not wish to be asked for your mobile PIN.

7) Click on “Set Up”. For subsequent modifications, use the “Update” or “Delete” buttons.

8) You will then see a confirmation screen with your mobile calling PIN. You will also be sent an email with this information to your email account on file.

9) You can also request a call from another mobile phone and in this case you must use the PIN you were issued with at registration.

II. To launch a call:

On your mobile phone, this varies between phones, but the following is a general outline:

1) Select “Messages”

2) Select “Text Messages”

3) Select “Create”

Enter your message:

and send it to Phone No. 16167801410 (You can also try 14163992003 if the first number is not available).

Your mobile phone will receive the call from SMS Call, as it is the default From number in this case.

For future calls, merely recall a previous message from your “Outbox” and send this, rather than re-entering the above information.

and send it to Phone No. 16167801410 (You can also try 14163992003  if the first number is not available).

OFFICE is in your FROM directory, but was not specified as the default FROM number, and will receive the call from SMS Call.

4) Select “Send”

In this example, SMS Call will call you back at the FROM number you have chosen (which is OFFICE).

5) You will then be prompted to enter the TO number followed by the # key. Stay on the line and your TO

      number will be dialed and connected.

      If you need to re-enter the destination number at any stage press* and you will be promted to enter the TO number followed by the # key.
