If you're having trouble logging in:
• Our site is case sensitive, so be sure to enter your username and password exactly as you submitted them on your enrollment form. Then click Log In.
• If you are a new user, note that new accounts can take up to one business day to become active (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays).
• If you are a new user, please reply to any emails from our Account Activation department; be sure to verify information completely and accurately. When your account is active, you will receive an email notice from us.
• If you have followed these instructions and you still cannot log in:
• Email us at bestnet@globaltel.com. Please include your username or account number and any error messages you are receiving.
OR
• Use our Live Help service, available weekdays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST (excluding U.S. holidays).
What does "Remember my username on this computer" mean?
On the Home Page, if you check this box, you won't have to enter your username each time you visit. The next time you visit the site, you will only have to enter your password to login. We will keep your username active in your browser until you log out (by clicking the Log Out button).
If you use a shared computer or if you're concerned that other people might use your Bestnetcall account without permission, don't check the "Remember" box. And make sure to log out when you leave your computer (click the Log Out button). Note that you will have to set your browser to allow cookies to be stored on your computer (in MS Internet Explorer, this option is found under Tools/Internet Options/Security/Custom Level).
What does "Fast Start" mean?
On the Login page, by checking the Fast Start box, you will by-pass the home page and go directly to the CALL NOW page the next time you enter this site. You can disable this function anytime by logging out (click the Log Out button).
If you click the Log Out button, this will cancel both the Fast Start and Remember Password selections.
What if I forget my username or password?
It's important to remember your Bestnetcall username and password, or to write them down and keep them in a safe place. If you misplace or forget them, please contact us. Be prepared to confirm your security data; then we'll provide the information you need.
