The system of BestNet is currently located in two locations which are also our Points of Presence to connect to our international circuits. These locations are New York, USA and Toronto, Canada. These locations enable BestNet to deploy a reliable network that also meets our customers expectations of quality. The network is easily adapted to changing traffic patterns as our customer base grows.
Our network includes a data network that receives requests for calls from many diverse channels - including the websites, PDAs, email, mobile phones and desktop application. Call requests are screened and then sent to our high quality voice circuits to complete the calls. This is achieved through a patented methodology and proprietary software.
